Weekly Meal Plans for busy parents!
Each week you will receive a simple meal plan and grocery list with 5 healthy recipes that can be prepped in 1 hour or less, then frozen for when you need them. Each recipe comes with instructions to prepare it fresh, or frozen. Most recipes include instructions for both slow cooker and oven (sorry, no instapot recipes yet!).
All recipes are dairy free and refined sugar free. The majority are grain free as well, although you will occasionally see quinoa in a recipe. Suggestions can be found for serving these recipes with grains and dairy, in case you need them.
Most of these recipes will be a full meal by themselves, although you can always serve more veggies or a salad with them. Nutrition info is included.
BONUS!! Each month you will receive a bonus plan of 5 minute freezer meals!! These can literally be prepped in less than 5 minutes and popped in the freezer for when you need a healthy meal on hand!
